TabCircuit

EARLY-ACCESS SERVICE TERMS · UPDATED 4 NOVEMBER 2026

Clear terms.
Connected work.

1. The service and operator

TabCircuit is provided by ArcZen, based in Taguig, Philippines. It connects an AI client you authorize to a browser you control. The public website is tabcircuit.com and the account service is console.tabcircuit.com. The support address is [email protected]. The mailbox is provisioned and enabled; incoming and outgoing delivery are still being verified during the DNS transition.

TabCircuit provides browser tools and connection controls. It does not supply your AI model, guarantee the accuracy of an agent’s output or replace the terms of the websites, AI clients or payment providers you use. The extension store listings are not yet published.

2. Your account and authorization

Use an account and browser profile you are authorized to control. Keep your sign-in and connected AI clients secure, review browser and agent authorizations, and revoke connections you no longer use. Do not share credentials or impersonate another person.

Only authorize access to information and website functions you have permission to use. You are responsible for giving the agent appropriate instructions and reviewing consequential actions, such as purchases, messages, account changes or deletion. Website content and agent output can be inaccurate or malicious.

3. Browser control and data handling

Agents can read and interact with approved pages using your existing website sessions. Commands and results pass through TabCircuit to the AI client you connect. HTTPS protects transport; the service is not end-to-end encrypted against its operator. Your AI provider handles received results under its own policies. The privacy notice describes the information involved and available controls.

You choose website access, tab sharing, optional features and when to pause or resume. Read-only access allows navigation and is not a network sandbox. Pause blocks new actions, but does not undo work or guarantee that an action already underway is canceled. Take over pauses all agents using that tab. Review a fresh page state before continuing an interrupted task.

4. Acceptable use

Use TabCircuit lawfully and respect other people’s privacy, intellectual property and access rights. Do not use it for unauthorized account access, credential theft, malware, fraudulent activity or evading another service’s access controls. Do not bypass TabCircuit approvals, account limits, rate limits or security protections. Website permission from TabCircuit does not grant rights the website or account owner has not given you.

5. Free and Pro plans

Free permits one active agent session at a time. Pro permits up to 10. Both plans include the available browser tools and safety controls. Limits apply across the account’s browsers and AI clients.

One connection using several tabs counts as one session. Separate AI-client sessions with separate connections count separately. Internal subagents sharing the same connection count once. A connection that has not used a browser does not hold a slot. Ending a session releases it immediately; a paused session releases it about 30 seconds after pending work settles, an idle session after 10 minutes, and a disconnected session after a two-minute reconnection grace period.

Shared-tab access requires explicit sharing and the relevant website approval for every agent. Tab operations are serialized, and an agent must inspect the updated page after another agent changes it. The same-tab controls do not guarantee that agents make compatible decisions or that website operations succeed.

6. Subscription availability and price

Pro is planned at $9 USD per month or $79 USD per year. Paid checkout is not open yet. When available, subscriptions are approved through PayPal from the account page. Review the amount, billing interval and renewal terms shown at checkout before approving. This website does not collect payment credentials or start a checkout in the background.

The account page shows the plan and access period recognized by the service. A complimentary Pro grant is separate from a paid subscription and does not itself authorize payment. Billing failures or unresolved payment status can affect Pro access.

7. Cancellation and unresolved checkout

Use Cancel subscription on the account page. TabCircuit requests cancellation from PayPal and checks the provider’s result before reporting success. Once confirmed, cancellation stops future renewals; a payment already in progress may need separate resolution. Paid Pro access normally continues to the recorded end of the paid period shown in the account.

Closing a checkout tab, following its return link or leaving before approval does not reliably cancel a payable subscription. An unresolved checkout can remain associated with your account until its provider outcome is established. Use the existing checkout link or contact support when that channel is active; do not create duplicate subscriptions to work around an unresolved attempt.

8. Refunds and mandatory rights

Cancellation is not a refund request. TabCircuit currently has no automated refund or prorating flow. Paid checkout is closed while refund and tax treatment are being finalized. No voluntary refund window, no-refunds rule, trial or cooling-off waiver is offered by these early-access terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or remedies under applicable law. Payment disputes and provider procedures may also be governed by PayPal’s terms.

9. Ending your account

You may stop using TabCircuit, revoke connections or delete the account from its account page. Deletion requires resolving pending checkout attempts and canceling active or overdue subscriptions first. It removes connections, browser bindings, plan entitlement and website sign-ins, while retaining the limited billing records described in the privacy policy.

Deleting the account after cancellation ends remaining Pro access immediately. It does not delete browser-local information, downloaded files, other website accounts, AI-provider records or PayPal’s records. It does not refund a payment automatically.

10. Availability and third-party services

TabCircuit depends on network connectivity, browser and extension APIs, hosting providers, your AI client, sign-in and payment providers, and the websites you visit. Interruptions or changes in those services can prevent tasks from completing. No uptime or task-success guarantee is offered. Keep your own copies of important work and inspect outcomes before retrying uncertain actions.

11. Current terms

This page identifies the early-access terms and their last-updated date. Review the service’s current availability and account information before authorizing new work. Paid subscription terms will need to be finalized before paid checkout opens; no purchase or automatic renewal is authorized merely by visiting this website.
